New LATAM project with SUNKISS MATHERM’s catalytic infrared technology

Eliovac- Pesinger installed gas catalytic infrared emitters for a company from the electrical energy sector in Argentina

We congratulate the professionalism of our Argentinian partner, Eliovac- Pesinger, who installed gas catalytic infrared emitters for a company from the electrical energy sector in the end of 2018.

The project, which started operations in October 2018, has the following technical characteristics:
• One Stop&Go line with an overhead conveyor system and integrated loading and unloading. 2 tonnes maximum weight per piece
• The fully automated metalizing, painting and curing processes count with SUNKISS MATHERM’s Thermoreactor® VRX20 gas catalytic infrared emitters
• 2 ovens with 24 Thermoreactor® VRX20 infrared emitters

Key benefit: the effectiveness of Thermoreactor® VRX20 catalytic infrared radiation enables very short polymerization times for Zinc-epoxy solvent-based paints 2K (15 minutes – 60 degrees Celsius) and also for Pu termination 2K (30 minutes – 80 degrees Celsius)
